Well the reason I put two stars is because of trying to get my payment plan for the first of every month so that I can set up auto pay. But customer service when I called told me that there wasn't anyway for them to change the due date . That my payment had to stay on the 28th. Of every month . I don't understand when it wouldn't really make a difference with only a few days from the 1st. Of the month that way I wouldn't be charged for late fees . But I suppose thats why your company doesn't want to changes the day to the firsts is so that your company can make extra money from there customer's maybe . Because thats what's happing to me each and every month unbelievable .

Vanessa was so patient and very professional. She was having a hard time locating the policy but didn't hive up. After 20 minutes we were able to locate the policy and file a claim. You were great thanks so much.

Jocelyn B. gave me the most help and the best customer experience I have ever had and most definitely the most helpful person I have spoken to within this company. If this company expects to serve their customers, the way customers want to be treated I highly advise giving this wonderful woman a promotion. She deserves to be in a leadership role where she can set better examples for her team. A RAISE AT THE VERY LEAST!!!!!
